Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in limited circumstances. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Requests must be made within a specified timeframe after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
